Nice and cozy and everything here from decoration, dishes, and the lady owner is beautiful. The menu is vary and the curry tastes good. You can just chill out here and enjoy the atmosphere. Very close to shin kobe station (next tonANA crown plaza) or you can just walk down the hill from the kitano houses tourist spot.

I randomly went into this place and it was amazing. Highly recommend the set of omurice and milk shake. The owner is very enthusiastic as well.

Flor Cafe Marilyn is a hidden gem of a café located a short distance from Kobe Station. Walking into the cafe feels like you're somewhere in-between a Paris cafe with the soft jazz music and infused with all things Japanese. The menu is simple enough that means that regardless of your dietary needs you'll have something to eat, from Beef Fried Rice (which is excellent), to the omelette or Dal curry. It's quite easy to just sit and let time go buy in its ambience, while plotting about where your next adventure in Kobe will take you.

Owners are so sweet and welcoming. Omurice and iced coffee were also delicious! Highly recommend stopping by this little gem for a heart warming meal :-)

What an amazing gem so close to the base of the herb garden ropeway and train station! We stumbled upon it on our way to the foreign houses. We had their delicious cakes, tea, and hot chocolate as an afternoon snack. Highly recommend this sweet place with great service.

We heard about this cafe from Instagram. The ambience exudes a nice pleasant lived in feel ; like you’re in your own home. The beef fried rice was so fragrant with rosemary. The milkshake was thick and made with real englace including egg. The omu rice was so good. We also tried a chestnut cake. All while watching E.T. on television.The hosts were very hospitable and kind. A nice lunch stop after visiting Nunobiki Herb Garden.

Walking into the restaurant felt like entering a storybook. The place was very cute, and from the outside, you wouldn’t guess how nice it looks inside. The Kitano Omelette Rice was super tasty. The fried rice, mixed with tomato sauce and meat, went really well with the buttery omelet. The tomato sauce on top made it even better. It was also decorated with ketchup, drawing a face and the word Merci (which means “thank you” in French), making the atmosphere even more special. The Soda Float was refreshing and sweet, a perfect treat to give us energy before walking around again. The two owners were very friendly and caring. They seemed really happy to know we were visitors from another country. They even asked us to pin our hometown on their map, which made our visit to Kitano, Kobe, even more memorable.

Chanced upon this small cosy cafe on our trip back to Shin-Kobe station. The owners are a pair of friendly and cute couple. The beverages and chestnut cake we ordered were fantastic. This place is a little gem!
